Machining of small metal turned items
Our company only performs machinings against customer's plans.
Technically, we are able to support every demand by customers and supplied finished products also being assisted by subsuppliers which are certified for those processes that are not within our competence.
We mainly deal with stainless steel 303/304/316 and also brass and aluminium, even if in a small part.
Basically, our products consist of small precision items meant for the most different fields of application, such as: aeronautics, automotive, modelmaking, food processing, medical, hoisting installations, components for special systems, etc.
Its machine park can assure high reliability and top precision.
The production department is made of: broaching machines, with opening for bars with 5 to 45mm diameters;

Machining of aluminium profiles
Our
company only performs machinings
against customer's plans. Technically,
we are able to support every demand by customers
and supplied finished products also being
assisted by subsuppliers which are certified
for those processes that are not within our
competence.
Our field of application is mechanical
machining of aluminium extrusions,
in particular concerning milling, drilling,
boring, threading and shearing processes by
means of CNC 4 or 5-axe work cells. Our products
are meant for the most different fields of
application, such as: aeronautics, automotive,
naval, lighting, window and door frames, telecommunications,
furniture, etc. Its machine park can assure
high reliability and top precision.

• Shadow comparator Helios 350H
for slide and episcopic projection with
digital displayer of quotes,
resolution 0.001 mm;
• Profilometer Handysurf;
• Altimeter TESA PLUS D;
• Indoor micrometers with three contact
points for Ø6 to Ø50 diameters, resolution
0.001 mm;
• Set of plane-parallel gauge
blocks in ceramic Mitutoyo , accuracy
"0" for resetting and inspection
of precision devices;
• Digital surface gauge Mitutoyo;
• Control devices boast a wide range of gauges, micrometers, and polished or threaded buffer
gauges and ring-shaped go no go gauges.

Pneumatic
vices for automation
Morstek,
builds a range
of vices for different types of
uses. Normally have employed
on machine to rotating table to
hold stopped the piece to every
position of parting, ideal for automatic
loaders on the transfert machine
and, in general, in all the cases
where the attracting is necessary
of the particular one in workmanship.
The vices are submitted to severe testing and break-in in
way to assure a perfect operation.
They can be furnished with special jaws according to the
demands of the customer.
